The company was founded in 2010. It was originally called Maniton Property Management Ltd. In 2014, the company was rebranded as Max Property Management Ltd to better reflect the company position: we take maximum care.

Michelle is the General Manager at Max Property and also handles all aspects of new business development, including liaising with new property owners seeking management.

Rachel Hurford

Rachel co-founded Max Property Management in 2010.
She holds a post-graduate degree in Human Resources, which has equipped her with exceptional skills in identifying and placing the right individuals in the right roles, a key component of successful property management.
Rachel’s in depth understanding of the property market is further enhanced by her own experience as an investor, providing her with a seasoned and reliable perspective in managing properties. Her responsibilities at Max Property Management extend to handling all end-of-tenancy and renewal paperwork, ensuring smooth transitions and continued satisfaction for both property owners and tenants.

Bringing over 30 years of property investment experience alongside his wife, Rachel. With more than a decade of hands-on involvement in property management, Andy’s expertise is both deep and comprehensive.
He holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology, a background that uniquely positions him to approach property management with analytical precision and scientific rigor.
Andy’s extensive experience in both property investment and management, combined with his academic and professional background, allows him to offer insightful, data-driven solutions.
